Luna
The Luna Class is about the size of a small minivan and can fit 4 unsuited people at a squeeze. Most of its body is is packed with fuel and engine components as well as the mechanism to retract the wings and landing skids. The shuttle is atmosphere capable and has been rated for Atmospheres on Venus, Earth, and Mars. The landing skids have been tested to withstand landings on most rocky Martian and Venusian terrains. The Luna shuttle itself is capable of making a water-borne landing and its "environmental refueling system" can make fuel from the planet's atmosphere or from water. The underside is coated with a heat diffusing material and is rated for about 10 re-entries before servicing is required, though servicing is often done much sooner than that.
