The Titan Class was designed when Jason Terrill wanted a ship with the firepower of a Juno and the maneuverability of an Aries. Taking an Aries-class and fitting it with torpedo tubes and the same reactor and engine as a Juno, this nimble ship quickly became the backbone of the Aries fleet. Its larger counterpart, the Juno class, was relegated to smaller roles (such as armed cargo transport and fighter support) as a result. |
